Please note that any wild game meat that is being processed at our facility will need a copy of the proper tag and / or license. This includes whole animals and boneless meat.
Processing Prices
Paper Packaging:
Pricing starts at $1.70 per pound ($170 minimum per animal). This option includes cutting, packaging, labeling, and boxing of your product. Pricing is based from the starting weight of the product.
Value Added Products
(Pricing is based from the starting weight of the product being made. There is a 20 pound minimum for each linked sausage being made, and a 10 pound minimum for each bulk sausage being made. There is also a 5 pound minimum for each jerky.)

Bratwurst: $2.50 per pound
