Harvesting Prices

Beef Harvesting:

$0.20 per pound

($120 minimum)

Scalded Pork Harvesting:

Skinned Pork Harvesting:

Processing Prices

Vacuum Packaging:

Pricing starts at $1.55 per pound ($85 minimum per animal). This option includes cutting, packaging, labeling, and boxing of your product. Pricing is based from the starting weight of the product.

Paper Packaging:

Pricing starts at $1.25 per pound ($65 minimum per animal). This option includes cutting, packaging, labeling, and boxing of your product. Pricing is based from the starting weight of the product.

(There is an additional $0.10 per pound fee added to the packaging price for half of half split orders)

Value Added Products

(Pricing is based from the starting weight of the product being made. There is a 20 pound minimum for each linked sausage being made, and a 10 pound minimum for each bulk sausage being made.)

Linked Sausage:

Andouille: $2.65 per pound

Bratwurst: $2.50 per pound

Breakfast Links: $2.20 per pound

Chorizo Links: $3.25 per pound

Italian Links: $2.20 per pound

Oktoberfest: $2.65 per pound

Special Blend: $2.65 per pound

Bulk Sausage:

Bratwurst: $1.05 per pound

Breakfast: $0.60 per pound

Chorizo: $1.65 per pound

Special Blend: $1.05 per pound

Italian: $0.60 per pound

Cured Product:

Bacon: $2.19 per pound

Bacon (Sage, Sugar Free): $2.69 per pound

Boneless Ham: $2.19 per pound

Miscellaneous:

Add Beef to Sausage: $5.55 per pound

Add Jalapeno to Sausage: $0.50 per pound

Add Pepper to Bacon: $0.35 per pound

Add Pork to Sausage: $3.80 per pound

Make Sausage Spicy: $0.35 per pound

Slicing: $0.35 per pound

(There is at least a $0.50 extra charge per pound on any products being made from an outside source – except for grind and wrap orders such as bulk grind and / or sausages, prices start at $1.50 per pound. USDA inspected products made from an outside source must be packaged with original USDA packaging and must have a letter of guarantee from the producer.)

These fees are for product that is for harvest and pick up only (no cutting and packaging).

Pick-Up Fee: $20 each animal

SRM Removal Fee: $0.10 per pound ($60 minimum)
