Our flagship beef comes from Coleman Ranch in Molalla, OR. We raise it with care for a tender, flavorful bite. You’ll find it in our store and frozen meat variety packs. These packs offer convenience because we prepare them in-house for freshness. A favorite, our Mount Angel Brand Oktoberfest Sausage, started in 1966. This sausage reflects our German heritage and the town’s first Oktoberfest. It’s a must-try for its savory taste.
For custom meat cutting, we provide harvesting and butchery services in Mt. Angel. We handle whole-carcass pickups and tailored cutting to your specifications.
