Harvesting Prices

(Per Animal)

Beef Harvesting costs $0.20 per pound ($120 minimum). There is also a $10 disposal fee.

Scalded Pork harvesting costs $0.32 per pound ($80 minimum). There is also a $5 disposal fee.

Skinned Pork harvesting costs $0.25 per pound ($90 minimum). There is also a $5 disposal fee.

Sheep or Goat harvesting costs $0.60 per pound ($75 minimum). There is also a $5 disposal fee.

USDA Meat Processing Prices

Because you choose the packaging option that suits your needs:

Vacuum Packaging:

Pricing starts at $1.55 per pound ($85 minimum per animal) for cutting. This also includes packaging, labeling, and boxing, with pricing based on the starting weight of the product.

Paper Packaging:

Pricing starts at $1.25 per pound ($65 minimum per animal) for cutting. This also includes packaging, labeling, and boxing, with pricing based on the starting weight of the products.

Also, there is an additional $0.10 per pound fee added to the packaging price for half of half split orders.

Value Added Products

You can also enhance your order with these options (pricing is based on the starting weight of the product being made; 20-pound minimum for each linked sausage and 10-pound minimum for each bulk sausage). Because you deserve to treat yourself to something delicious.

Cured Product:

Bacon: $2.24 per pound

Bacon (Sage, Sugar Free): $2.69 per pound

Boneless Ham: $2.24 per pound

Miscellaneous:

Beef to Sausage: $6.25 per pound

Jalapeno to Sausage: $0.50 per pound

Pepper to Bacon: $0.35 per pound

Pork to Sausage: $3.80 per pound

Make Sausage Spicy: $0.35 per pound

Slicing: $0.35 per pound

NOTE: For products made from an outside source (except grind and wrap orders like bulk grind or bulk sausages, which start at $1.50 per pound), there is also at least a $0.50 extra charge per pound. Also, USDA inspected products made from an outside source must be packaged with original USDA packaging and must also have a letter of guarantee from the producer.

Harvest and Pick Up Only

These fees are for product that is for harvest and pick up only (no cutting and packaging).

Pick-Up Fee: $20 each animal

SRM Removal Fee: $0.10 per pound ($60 minimum)
